Exchange & Return Policy

Items ordered through Primlect.com are eligible to be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be in new condition, not washed, and packaging if possible.

Typically, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for returns. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, so we assess each case individually to determine the appropriate course of action.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of returning your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

3. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping address and guidelines.
